Each product is carefully hand-inspected by our fulfillment team prior to shipment to ensure it meets our standards. Due to the nature of raw hair and the individuality of each donor, variations in color and texture are to be expected and cannot be guaranteed.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Once your order is placed, your payment method will be charged immediately. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activity, including unauthorized transactions and theft of merchandise. Any such activity will be addressed accordingly.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined within our policies.

TEXTURE DISCLAIMER
Virgin human hair is inherently unique—no two bundles are exactly alike. Our imagery is provided as a guide to showcase the range of textures available; however, natural variations are to be expected.
Due to the individuality of each donor, the hair you receive may differ slightly in color, texture, or wave pattern from what is pictured. These differences are a reflection of the authenticity and quality of raw human hair.
Textures may range from more coarse to silkier finishes, with variations in curl patterns from loose waves to tighter curls. This natural diversity is what makes each bundle beautifully one of a kind.
COLOR DISCLAIMER
We exclusively offer unprocessed virgin hair in its natural shade of 1B (off-black/natural dark brown). This premium quality hair can be colored and will take to permanent, semi-permanent, lifting, and gloss treatments beautifully when handled correctly.
For optimal results, we strongly recommend that all chemical services be performed by a licensed professional. As this is a luxury investment, improper handling or application by an unqualified individual may compromise the integrity of the hair.
While our hair is highly versatile, all chemical processing carries inherent risks. Results may vary depending on products and techniques used. Potential outcomes may include, but are not limited to, dryness, breakage, shedding, matting, or tangling.
Please note, once the hair has been altered in any way—including coloring, lifting, or chemical treatment—we are no longer responsible for the condition or performance of the product. Alterations may also affect the original texture and pattern of the hair.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these terms. Refunds and exchanges will not be issued for any changes in color, texture, or overall dissatisfaction following chemical processing.
All sales are final.
PRICING
The pricing listed on the website at the time of check out is the only price that can and will be honored. All prices are subject to change. Once an order has been placed, you do not have the option to redeem the sale price of any sales announced AFTER your order was placed. Coupon codes cannot be applied to any pending, existing, or shipped orders. Once the order is shipped, you cannot apply a bundle deal pricing to get more bundles. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
SALES/ DISCOUNT CODES/ COUPONS
In the case a customer is granted a personal discount code (separate from sale codes), the code can only be used on regularly priced items. You cannot apply discount codes to the sale items. IF the code is provided via House of Honey for a sale, the code can be used on all items. No discounts or coupon codes will be applied to existing orders.
PAYMENT TERMS
All sales are final. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
Payment is required in full at checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure processor, PayPal. Once your order is placed, your payment method will be charged immediately.
To maintain the integrity of our brand and protect our clients, we uphold a strict zero-tolerance policy for fraud. Any suspicious activity will be reviewed and addressed accordingly.
Orders with mismatched billing and shipping details may require additional verification prior to shipment. This ensures the security of your purchase and may result in a brief processing delay.
Please note, once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
ONLINE STORE POLICY
Varying information on your invoice details or transaction information flags our verification team. As an extra step to protect our customers from internet fraud, we may require the customer to submit a government issued photo ID or valid license to authorize their transaction. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
ORDER PROCESSING
We do not operate on weekends. Any orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, will be processed first thing the following Monday morning, unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected at checkout. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
SHIPPING TIME-FRAMES
Processing & Shipping Policy
Please allow 24–48 business hours for order processing prior to shipment. This time is reserved for payment verification and order preparation.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, including sales and holidays.
Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery timeframes may vary based on the selected shipping method.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local postal authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not have control over, nor can we estimate, these fees.
Packages that are refused, abandoned, or disposed of by the carrier will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
All sales are final.
SHIPPING DELAYS
All UPS and USPS shipments will require a signature. For your convenience please do not wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment, or other engagements; it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust UPS and USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.
FAILED DELIVERIES / REFUSED SHIPMENTS / INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please be sure to cross-check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information needed to deliver your package (Address, Apt Number, Etc.). Your order will be shipped via USPS or UPS to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed the fee USPS charges us to make the correction or to reship the product. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS!
LOST SHIPMENTS
If you have tracked your package via UPS.com or USPS.com and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please call us immediately. We will need to contact the responsible shipping service right away and initiate a trace/investigation for your package. This investigation can take up to 7-10 business days. It is never guaranteed that the carrier will be able to locate/retrieve your package.
NO RETURN/REFUND POLICY
At HOUSE OF HONEY., we maintain a very high level of quality assurance by taking every bundle of hair through a vigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.
Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
